…so no serious posts for a while. Studying my Japanese like crazy though. See you guys in a couple weeks.
Okay, stay with me here. This is cool. Each generation, there are at least 100 Pokemon added.
Right now, I'm focusing on three electric-types of each generation.
Generation 1: Electrode, Magnemite, Pikachu
Generation 2: Elekid, Mareep, Pichu
Generation 3: Electrike, Minun, Plusle
Generation 4: Electivire, Magnezone, Pachirisu
Starting to notice a pattern?
Each generation, there have been three electric Pokemon with names starting with E, M, and P - Electromagnetic Pulse!

I’m more than willing to believe this is true.
Have you ever seen a Japanese guy yodeling like there’s no tomorrow? No? Well… click on the pic and soon you’ll have.
Keep on yodeling, Takeo Ischi! :D
jodeln (reg.) = (to) yodel
I’m more excited about the fact that it was on SuperRTL.
The Kintai Bridge is a historical wooden arch bridge, in the city of Iwakuni, in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. The bridge was built in 1673, spanning the beautiful Nishiki River in a series of five wooden arches, and the bridge is located on the foot of Mt.Yokoyama, at the top of which lies Iwakuni Castle.
地平線 (chiheisen) is the horizon, on land. The characters are earth + level + line. (There’s also 水平線 suiheisen, in which the first character is water.)
c_kick: “Hokusai’s Shark”
Yet another great work of art made even greater by the addition of a shark.

Just, amazing.
…From the series of large woodblock prints Thirty-six Views of Mont Fuji by Katsushika Hokusai (Japan, 1760-1849), I’m sharing with you: ”The Great Wave off Kanagawa”, “Rainstorm Beneath the Summit”, “Sundai, Edo”, “Ejiri in the Suruga Province”, “Tea house at Koishikawa”, “Shore of Tago Bay, Ejiri at Tōkaidō”, “Bay of Noboto”, “Mount Fuji reflects in Lake Kawaguchi”, “Asakusa Hongan-ji temple in the Eastern capital” and “Kajikazawa in Kai Province”. Each of them presents a unique Mont Fuji, from a certain place, distance, season, weather —leaving no doubt that the Mount belongs to the “floating world”, to that of change and multiplicity.
